Actress Eden Sher plays the lovable Sue Heck on ABC's "The Middle," and has popularized the big braces smile.
But it turns out that Ms. Sher doesn't actually wear braces! She had braces years ago, but the braces she wears on the show are actually props. The 21-year old actress used removable braces for her audition, and it sealed the deal - she got the part, and the character is stuck wearing the braces every week.
